(Epcot, 1985) A very rare internal document prepared as a summary of the Futures Conference held at the World of Motion Pavilion at Epcot Center on March 27-29, 1985. This 33-page packet summarizes this important series of meetings, in which the future of Walt Disney World was discussed by select higher-ups at Disney as well as invited guests, including: Roy E. Disney, Michael Eisner, Dick Nunis, Marty Sklar, Frank Wells, Patty Disney, and many others. Following the death of Walt Disney, Epcot changed significantly from a planned community to more of a showcase of businesses and ideas. During this conference, the future of Epcot is addressed, along with the positives and negatives of attempting to adapt Epcot to become more like Walt's original vision. This fascinating document provides a wealth of scarcely seen information, and measures 11"x8.5". The condition is very good with minor wear from use.
