(Disney, 1937-39) An extremely rare collection of (10) studio acetate recordings of the "Gadget Band" from various Walt Disney Productions. The Gadget Band was initially created by Music Director Felix Mills for the "Mickey Mouse Theatre of the Air" radio broadcast (aired from January 2nd to May 15th, 1938). Among the lot are (8) acetates used in production of "Mickey Mouse Theatre of the Air" (some of which feature Donald Duck vocals performed by Clarence Nash) and (2) acetate recordings of "Light Cavalry Overture" notably used in "Symphony Hour." Measuring 12", the records are in very good condition, despite minor wear from use and age.
