(Disneyland, 1987) To help display and increase the sales of their glow-in-the-dark skulls, Randotti created a pair of "viewer" light boxes. These boxes would contain a light and one of their glow products, which would constantly charge. When a customer would look into the box and push a button, the light would shut off and reveal the glow of the item. There were only two viewers, one in each of the Magic Shops. However, the viewers were so popular and the buttons were being pushed so many thousands of times, that Randotti would repair one while the other was functioning, and then switch the viewers to repair the other one. This third viewer, themed after a treasure chest, was created by Randotti along with a new 2nd generation of medium-sized pirate skulls. However, when Randy Smith passed away in 1987, the viewer and new line of skulls never made it to Disneyland. This rare collectible is perfect for any fan of Randotti or Disneyland. Measures approximately 15"x20" and 5" thick. In very good condition with minor wear.
