(Disney, 1934/37) An original letter from "Pinto" Colvig, the voice of Goofy and Pluto, as well as a pair of mailed envelopes with sketches by Colvig on the front. Colvig is most known for his work as Goofy and Pluto, however, he also provided voices for "The Three Little Pigs" and "The Grasshopper and the Ants." The letter discusses how he managed to achieve a satisfactory royalty check for the popular songs from both short films. The drawing on one envelope depicts Bandmaster Mickey, while the other shows a clown and elephant. The letter measures 11"x8.5" and the envelopes measure approximately 4"x9.5". The letter is in very good condition with expected wear from age, and the envelopes are in good condition with edge-wear from mailing, including torn edges on the right side from when they were originally opened.
