(Disneyland, c.1970s-80s) A pair of hand stamps used to mark park guests for re-entry. In order to discourage deception, Disney alternated stamps daily, which usually consisted of a character name or related word. The re-entry stamps are constructed of wood and rubber with a wooden knob handle. The rubber pad of one stamp reads "Merlin" and the other, "Copper." Each measuring 3.75"x2" and 1" deep, the stamps are in good condition with heavy signs of use. The rubber pads of both have dried with age, the bases and handles have been rubbed almost clean of paint, and the bases themselves are chipped, cracked, and stained with fluorescent yellow ink from years of park use.
