(Revell, 1985) A vintage Revell model kit of the Outlaw show car designed by legendary car customizer and visual artist, Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. This particular kit once belonged to Roth himself, and now comes from the personal collection of his son, Darryl Roth. As Ed Roth's first fabrication from fiberglass, the 1956 Outlaw was built on a 1929 Ford Model A frame fit with a 1925 Ford Model T crossmember powered by a 1950 Cadillac engine. This complete 1/25 scale model kit consists of white, chrome-colored, and other plastic elements, rubber wheels, and an unused decal sheet. All components are still connected to their runners and/or sealed in a plastic bag as factory issued. The original instruction manual is included, and the kit is housed in its original paper box measuring 6.5"x9.5" and 3.25" tall. The box is in good to very good condition and exhibits some surface impressions as well as edge and corner wear. The model pieces are clean and as-new.
