(MGM, 1955) A pair of brown shoes worn by actor Michael Wilding as the Prince in the musical "The Glass Slipper." Wilding wears these shoes while playing the piano in the "Take My Love" musical number, and his name is written on the interior. Included with this lot is an original theatrical half-sheet for the film. The shoes are unlabeled and are in good condition with stains, fraying, and wear from production use. The half-sheet is in fair condition with edge tears up to 1", creases, folds, the lower left corner missing, and visible tape repairs on the reverse.
