(Disney, 2004) A glass sign for the "John Hench Graffiti Gallery" at the WED Imagineering headquarters. In the early 1990s, Imagineers were encouraged to paint on a blank wall in a hallway that led past the Imagineering model shop. While this hallway was referred to as the "Graffiti Hallway" during its early years, it was renamed the "John Hench Graffiti Gallery" in 2004 to honor the life and achievements of Disney Legend John Hench, who had passed away earlier that year. This glass sign was the prototype for the Graffiti Hallway entryway sign, and features the name "John Hench Graffiti Gallery" in the center as well as the project creation information in the lower-left corner of the glass. This item measures 12"x12" and is in very good condition with very minor wear.
