(Bacigalupi, 1965) A wooden street organ owned by Jay Ward. Included is a note signed by Louis Bacigalupi, who made the instrument, with a catalog of songs indicating the twelve Ward picked out to program it with. When tested, the organ is functional but requires service. The organ measures 13” x 24” x 19.5”, with a 26” x 27” front piece, and a 24” x 24” x 21” high wooden stand. All the pieces display in very good condition with some wear from age, particularly to the decorative teddy bear decals applied to the front piece. The 4” x 8” catalog and note are in very good condition with an intentional tear at the bottom of the note. This piece requires special shipping due to size and weight. Please inquire before bidding.
