(Disneyland, 1966-80s) An Audio-Animatronic African Doll Head from it's a small world in Fantasyland at Disneyland. The doll figure head was initially designed by Legendary Walt Disney Imagineers Marc Davis and Mary Blair, for installment in a show scene at Disneyland. This charming figural component includes part of its plastic "armature" shell and silicone rubber skin with zipper for removal. The rear of the head notably retains its "Africa" show scene location identification impression reading "SW A." The entire piece was created for a specific scene along the "Seven Seaways," was removed during a repair or scheduled rehabilitation of the attraction and has been mounted atop a fanciful 10.75"x10.75" and 3.5" tall display. The head measures approximately 9" tall and 7.25" in diameter and is in very good condition with expected wear from Park-use, handling, and age.
