(World's Fair, c.1963) An original drawing by Herb Ryman for the "International Gardens" area of the "Magic Skyway" attraction at the 1964-65 New York World's Fair. This well-designed queue area was the beginning of Disney's advancements in efficiently moving large numbers of guests while still keeping them entertained. After Disney's participation in the World's Fair, the imaginative queue lines at Disneyland would elaborately grow with almost as much attention as the attraction's themselves. This drawing, Accomplished by Ryman in pencil and charcoal on vellum, measures approximately 21"x46" and is in very good condition with little wear. The left-edge has a few swatches of paint created in the development of this artwork.
