(Bolex, 1950s-70s) An extremely rare Paillard-Bolex H16 16mm film camera that belonged to Harper Goff and was used by Goff on set while working on various film productions including his work as Art Director for "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". This model was produced in the mid to late 1950s, and includes three lenses: Yvar 1:2.8/f=75mm, Switar 1:1.8 f=16mm, and Switar 1:1.5 f=25mm. Included with the camera itself is a Paillard-Bolex handle for the camera, a Tewe Universal Motivsucher 2.55 Viewfinder in case, a Weston exposure meter in case, a Leica light meter in case, and several small additional items such as unused film, small loose cranks, and a spare small lens. There items all come in a hardshell brown case, as stored by Goff. The hardshell case measures 12"x10" and 6" tall. The condition of the camera appears to be fair to good, but functionality has not been tested. There is expected wear throughout from use and age, and the camera is being sold as-is as a historic film item, not necessarily for functional use. Additionally, a photo of Goff is included in which he is holding this camera on the set of Willy Wonka.
