(Disneyland, 1979-82) A rare collection of documents from the promotional tours for the Walt Disney feature films, "Sleeping Beauty", "101 Dalmatians", "Lady and the Tramp", "Aristocats", and "Robin Hood", which took place between 1979 and 1982. These tours were used to promoted the releases, and re-releases, of these classic Disney films. The tours used Disneyland's costumed characters as well as live actors to re-enact scenes and elements from the films across the nation. These documents belonged to Disneyland's Fulton Burley from the "Golden Horseshoe Revue" who was the Master of Ceremonies for the tours. These documents include color photos of the performances, sheet music, cast and story summaries, personnel and itinerary sheets, and more. This impressive archive of documents was used by Burley during the tours and contains hand-written notes on several of the pages. The documents measure approximately 11"x8.5" and the set is in overall good condition with some expected wear from use.
