(Disneyland, 1991-92) An extremely rare comprehensive "Environmental Impact Report" for the Disneyland Resort. This impressive document was created to show the effect on the Anaheim area from creating the proposed expansion for the Disneyland Resort. This report includes 5 volumes titled "Draft Environmental Impact Report", "Draft Specific Plan", and the last three volumes are all titled "Technical Appendix". These volumes also come with a very rare set of pre-opening documents for the Disneyland Resort titled "Preliminary Master Plan" and "Draft Environmental Impact Report Summary". These documents show some of the earliest concept art for the Disneyland Resort during its earliest stages of development in which Disneyland was to become more like Walt Disney World, prior to the plan's cancellation in 1995 and the eventual California Adventure expansion in 2001. These documents discuss the effect the expansion will have on the area, and highlights in detail some of the early ideas for the new Resort. This massive collection of documents were created for the City of Anaheim, and were prepared by Michael Brandman Associates. It is estimated that there are over 2,000 pages of information, diagrams, charts, and maps within this collection. This very rare set is in fine condition with little wear.
