(Disneyland, 1956) Collector Jim Felicita, remembers the Summer of 1956 very well. "We lived In Syracuse, New York, and our family decided to drive across the United States and visit Disneyland for our Summer Vacation." "I remember my parents buying me a Keppy Kap and a keychain from the Art Corner, it was the beginning of my fascination with collecting Disneyland Memorabilia that has not stopped since". Jim kept that Kap and keychain in his collection since 1956 and has offered them for sale here accompanied by a Souvenir photo Album documenting his first visit to Disneyland, with several photos showing him wearing this very Kap. Measuring 7.5" x 11" x 4", the cap is in very good condition, with some wear from being used. The Lenticular Dumbo Keychain from the Art Corner measures 2" x 1.5" and has yellowed with age but overall is in good condition. The Album contains (10) 3.5' x 3.5' photos featuring Jim's adventures in Frontierland (Golden Horseshoe, Mark Twain, and Stagecoach), Tomorrowland (Art Corner and 20,000 Leagues Exhibit) and Fantasyland (Storybook Land). A beautiful set of Documented Souvenirs from one collector to another.
