(EPCOT, 1977) A collection of hand-copied music sheets containing an unused "Conservation" song for the "Universe of Energy Pavilion at EPCOT Center. This original song was prepared for the "Energy Pavilion," written by James Algar and composed by Buddy Baker, and hand-copied on Walt Disney Productions vellum, on April 23, 1977. Ultimately, this song was not used and Universe of Energy opened with a different anthem titled "Energy (You Make the World Go Round)." This collection includes the original song's Lead Sheet on vellum, and 11 additional copies on original Walt Disney Productions staff paper. Measuring 9.5"x13", each sheet is in very good condition, exhibiting yellowing and wear to edges.
