(General Mills, 1961) A marketing kit sent to grocery stores for the “Animal Carnival” cereal promotion, which featured large “dimensional sculpture” cut-outs of Jay Ward characters to display throughout the store. The kit includes an illustrated cardstock booklet with a pop-up diorama of the full grocery store display, 14 written pages detailing the promotion, and five color prints with photos of the cuts outs including Rocky, Bullwinkle, and Mr. Peabody; and a Trix cereal flyer. The 9.5” x 16.5” booklet is in good condition with light edge wear and dulled corners, and the 8.5” x 11” pages and prints are in good to fine condition with light creasing.
