(Disney, 1930s) A pair of acetate recordings prepared by Walt Disney Productions. One acetate features both "Strange Fruit" performed by Gordon Jenkins (piano) and Billie Holiday (vocals) along with film music titled "Suppose" composed by Gordon Jenkins. The other one-sided record features two takes of "Roanoke's Ditty" performed on a calliope. The latter record is labeled "Harline Version," attributing the tracks to Leigh Harline, composer to such Walt Disney Studios productions as Snow White, Silly Symphonies, and Pinocchio, from 1931 to 1940. Measuring 12", the acetates are in very good condition, despite minor scratches from age.
