(Gibbs, 1980s-90s) A pair of portfolios from special effects artist George Gibbs, best known for his work on "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,” "Labyrinth,” "Who Framed Roger Rabbit,” and more. Each portfolio contains over 50 photocopies including: Certificates of Nomination for Academy Awards for Best Special Visual Effects, photographs, letters of recommendation from industry greats like Steven Spielberg, and Kathleen Kennedy, and magazine articles. Measuring 12” x 8.5” x 0.25” thick and 12.5” x 9.5” x 0.75” thick, the portfolios are in good to very good condition with light handling wear.
