(Various Studios, 1949-79) A collection of 21 publicity photos from director Alfred Hitchcock's classic films. Included are photos from "Psycho," "Vertigo," "North by Northwest," "Marnie," "Suspicion," "The Man Who Knew Too Much," "Saboteur," "Torn Curtain," and "Rear Window." Stars featured include Hollywood icons Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, Janet Leigh, Kim Novak, Vivien Leigh, Anthony Perkins, Paul Newman, and Sean Connery. Two of the photos feature multiple images promoting the CBS special "The American Film Institute Salute to Alfred Hitchcock," which aired on March 12, 1979. Ranging in size from 7.25" x 9" to 8" x 10", the photos are in good to very good condition with scratches, creases, wear, and pinholes from display.
