(Disney, 1939) A rare original Walt Disney Studios Office Wardrobe designed by Kem Weber for the new Burbank Studio in 1940. Weber designed every aspect of the new studio, including the office furniture. The stylized wardrobe was a common sight in every animator's office and retains its original Walt Disney Productions identification label, numbered 2318. Its original wood was painted over by a previous owner, who also added a lock. Measuring 22.25” x 16” x 66.25” tall, the piece is in good condition with heavy scuffs, scratches, paint loss, and wear from Studio use. Due to size and weight, special shipping arrangements are required. Please inquire before billing.
