(Disneyland, 1960s) A tin-litho electric bank, as sold at the souvenir kiosk just outside the Haunted Mansion in the late 1960s and early 1970s, even before the Mansion opened in August 1969. By placing a coin on the front door step a circuit would activate, triggering a light on the front porch and a ghost figure to gather the coin into the Mansion. The Mansion measures 9"x7" and is 7.5" tall. The house is in very good condition, with no visible wear aside from slight oxidation to bare metal fasteners. The coin collecting apparatus is non-functioning, though the bulb at the front porch does light.
