(Disneyland, 1998) A fantastic five-volume WestCOT Draft Environmental Impact Report. Prior to developing California Adventure, plans were created for an EPCOT-style resort near Disneyland. Despite master plans, WestCOT was never realized, but ultimately led to the creation of Disney's California Adventure Park. This report is related to the master planning, was prepared for the City of Anaheim, and details how this new Disneyland Resort would impact the area environment, utilities, and nearby communities. Volume II notably contains large plans detailing structural height, existing structures to remain, and development for the resort. Measuring 9"x11"x2", each spiral bound, multi-page document is in very good condition with wear to some edges, corners, and surfaces from handling.
