(Disneyland, 1950s) A very rare early paper souvenir hat from Disneyland. The hat features an organ grinder monkey on top, complete with strings that pull its arms up and down. In the first few years of the Park, an organ grinder and his trained monkey would often perform for Guests in the Central Plaza. The hat is extremely delicate, and only a few examples of this unique souvenir have survived. Measuring 8" tall and 7" wide, the hat is in fair condition with a chipped piece in the mouth and discoloration to the paper from age.
