(Clampett, 1959) A concept painting by Bob Clampett for a series titled “Beeper and his Guided Muscle,” combining puppets and animation. The serpent character, “Snorky,” would eventually be introduced to audiences a few years later in “Beany and Cecil.” Accomplished in gouache, ink, pastel, and airbrush and measuring 12.25” x 21.75”, the artwork is in very good condition with corner pinholes and light edge wear.
