(Hughes Productions, 1940-41) A collection of four employment contract agreements for Hughes Productions, owned by aerospace pioneer Howard Hughes. Two of the contracts are for actor Walter Huston, while the others are for William Victor Richardson and Thomas Mitchell. Richardson's services were ultimately not needed, but the other two actors were cast as Doc Holliday and Sheriff Pat Garrett in the 1943 film "The Outlaw," which launched Jane Russell into superstardom. Measuring 8.75" x 14", these rare pieces of ephemera from Howard Hughes' heyday display in very good condition with typical creases, light stains, folds, oxidation to the staples from age, and wear from use.
