(Disney, 1950s) A reel-to-reel tape recording of piano music, made in the Walt Disney Studio Scoring stage in the 1950s. A note in the box identifies this as "Piano-Good Background music" and, coming from a collection of Imagineering recordings, is likely to be related to music played on Main Street in Disneyland in the earliest years of the Park. This paper-backed magnetic tape of the 1950s is incredibly fragile, but the 7" diameter tape and 7.25" x 7.25" box are in very good production-used condition, with typical edge wear to the box.
