(Crowell-Collier, 1947) The December 6, 1947 issue of Collier’s Weekly Magazine. This is the first printing of the short story "The Tin Star" by John Cunningham, which was adapted into the 1952 Academy Award-winning Western classic "High Noon" starring Gary Cooper. Measuring 10.75" x 13.5", the magazine is in good condition with discoloration from age and typical wear along the edges and spine from handling.
